Grade 2 Math
Designed to prepare &
reinforce math concepts.
Our tutors prepare students from grades 1 to 5 with math skills in accordance with the Common Core Standards in 60-minute sessions conducted over Zoom.
Learning Goals
Understanding how to do addition and substraction.
Learning about counting and place values.
Learning about the U.S dollar and counting money
Understanding how to tell and write time.
Working on basic geometry.

Meet Your Tutor: Diego Torres
Diego is a second year at UIUC. He majors in Learning & educational studies: Workplace & development in hoping to become a School SuperIntendent after receiving his masters degree. He has always loved being involved in the education system and helping the future generation of kids and has a motivation of helping others in need. Outside of school he likes enjoying his hobbies of bike riding and hanging out with friends and going to new places to try foods.
Meet Your Tutor: Vansh Jain
Vansh is a first-year Biotechnology student at UC Davis, he is deeply passionate about his academic journey and driven by a strong curiosity about science and innovation.
Outside the classroom, he enjoys playing video games as a way to unwind and challenge his strategic thinking, and he has a love for watching comedy shows, appreciating humor as a way to stay balanced and inspired.
