Designed to prepare &
reinforce math concepts.
Our tutors prepare students from grades 1 to 5 with math skills in accordance with the Common Core Standards in 60-minute sessions conducted over Zoom.
Learning Goals
Understanding how to do addition and substraction.
Learning about counting and place values.
Learning about the U.S dollar and counting money
Understanding how to tell and write time.
Working on basic geometry.

Meet Your Tutor: Angelina Abdelrahman
Angelina is a first year college student at the University of California San Diego. She majors in math and is planning to become a high school calculus teacher after she receives her masters degree. She has always loved math since she was little and has a major passion in teaching underprivileged and underrepresented kids and advocating for mental health awareness.
