Designed to prepare &
reinforce math concepts.
Our tutors prepare students from grades 1 to 5 with math skills in accordance with the Common Core Standards in 60-minute sessions conducted over Zoom.
Learning Goals
Performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Converting between mixed numbers and improper fractions
Recognizing patterns in different scenarios
Analyzing and solving multi-step word problems
Communicating mathematical thinking orally and in writing

Natalie Borba
Pamela is a second-year Human Biology and Public Health Major at UC Merced with plans to attend medical school and dedicate her career to studying and treating skin disorders. Pamela has a strong passion for learning and is committed to helping students build confidence in their studies. In her free time, she loves reading, running, and spending time with family and friends.
Natalie is a first year student at UC San Diego majoring in Education Studies with a minor in Communication. She is passionate about working with children and hopes to become an elementary school teacher in the future. Outside of academics Natalie enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends, reading, baking, and drawing.
